What is the Annual Campaign?

The Annual Campaign is the annual fundraising initiative at St. Columba. The School relies on charitable contributions from parents/guardians, alumni, grandparents, parents of graduates, faculty/staff, and friends to underwrite the comprehensive costs of operating the School and bridge the gap between tuition and the actual cost to educate each student. The Annual Campaign helps with every aspect of the school’s operating costs.

Why should I make a gift on the Day of Giving?

While your donation is appreciated at any time of year, this special 24-hour online event is an opportunity for parents, alumni, students, faculty, staff, and friends to come together to make a powerful impact on the 287 students growing and learning at St. Columba each day. All gifts on Giving Day will be dedicated to supporting the Annual Campaign. On Giving Day your gift to St. Columba sends a powerful message to our community and encourages and inspires others to give too. Thank you for being a partner for our students and our School.

Who can participate?

Alumni, students, current parents/guardians, parents of graduates, grandparents, faculty, staff, and the many friends of St. Columba are all encouraged to support the Day of Giving efforts.

How much should I give?

We are grateful for each donation and ask that you participate at a level that is comfortable for you and will have the greatest impact on current and future St. Columba Students. In the past, we have received gifts ranging from $5 to $35,000. Every gift makes an enormous impact.

What is the best way to donate?

Online donations generate an immediate acknowledgment letter and appear on our donor wall. Other donation options are on our Ways to Give page.

Is my contribution tax deductible?

Yes, your gift is fully tax deductible. You will receive an email confirmation for online donations that may serve as your receipt for tax purposes. Other donations will receive acknowledgments by mail.

What if I already made a gift to St. Columba this year?

Thank you for supporting our extraordinary school! Your gift creates transformative experiences for our students. If you are able, we encourage you to make an additional donation of any size on January 31st to unlock matching gifts and show your support.
